THE
Beginning

Pre-Script was born of a conversation between two professional movement practitioners — Dr. Jordan Jiunta and Dr. Jordan Shallow are both trained chiropractors as well as competitive strength athletes. Their combined experience with patients in their clinical practices has informed these protocols of corrective exercises, composed to address and reform various types of common physical dysfunctions.

 

THE
PHILOSOPHY

Pre-Script operates on three pillars — Mobility, Stability, Strength. This idea translates to corrective programming that first seeks to increase the body’s range of motion, and then promotes patterned engagement of the body’s stabilizing muscles. With mobility and stability rooted as the body’s foundational framework, an increase in functional strength is attainable.
