The premier Pre-Script Powerlifting Program is a 12-week, 3-cycle periodized program intended for lifters looking to get stronger and perform better, for long term training. Thoughtfully designed with customization in mind, both corrective and specific, accessory exercise progressions are seamlessly integrated into the programming, to promote continual progress in mobility, stability, and strength.
The training week consists of four sessions. The first cycle focuses on technique, and challenges positions by implementing strategic variants to the three main competition lifts. The second cycle focuses on increasing output, increasing work capacity, and accumulating volume. The final phase focuses on specificity to peak your strength across all three lifts
Subscription membership means continuous programming, past these 12 weeks! Membership is billed monthly and requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
