This 6-week program is designed to increase range of motion, stability and function of your hip complex and its associated structures (pelvis, knee, ankle).

The Overhaul consists of a three-phase approach, each phase focusing on a different stimulus of progression, working towards a fully functional and integrated hip complex.

A perfect fit for athletes of all disciplines looking to decrease the likelihood of injury and increase performance. 

Pre-Scriptions are delivered weekly through an app portal, and each corrective exercise includes a concise, detailed video description of the movement, to ensure proper cueing for every drill and corrective exercise listed, as well as duration, reps and sets.
