Six Week Upper Body Overhaul


This 6-week program is designed to increase range of motion, stability and function of your shoulder complex and its associated structures (neck/ upper back/elbow/wrist etc).

The overhaul consists of a three-phase approach, each phase focusing on a different stimulus of progression, working towards a fully functional and integrated shoulder complex.

Pre-Scriptions are delivered weekly through an app portal, and each corrective exercise includes a concise, detailed video description of the movement, to ensure proper cueing for every drill and corrective exercise listed, as well as duration, reps and sets.
